Introduction
Compensation for Potholes is a site which intends to give drivers and non-drivers the chance to express their thoughts and suggestions regarding the terrible state of our roads in Britain.
The aim is to have comments, views and suggestions from all drivers and non-drivers as to how we should be compensated by our Government for not being able to drive from A to B whether it be 1 mile or 20 miles without the ride being a uncomfortable one.
Let it be known to those in charge that we pay money for our cars, fuel our cars, have them MOTed but most of all we TAKE PRIDE IN OUR CARS. The government earn money from us drivers from buying a car to running a car and maintaining it.
Why should we pay to drive on unsuitable roads that damage our vehicles and lead to a uncomfortable journey.
A point to note should any driver be involved in a collision, accident or in a situation where you knock a pedestrian down......
The police will ask.... why wasn't you paying attention?
You will answer.... because i was spending as much time avoiding
potholes.
This I believe should be a good point to raise in a court of law (I am not a solicitor so please don't automaticially expect this would be a defence, but well worth asking a proffesionals advice).
I say as should we all, Government we want Compensation for Potholes
A YEARS FREE CAR TAX
That will cost Billions but it would cost them a lot less to get thousands into work even if only for a few years to fill the backlog of potholes.
